With a sales background in the fashion industry, Bhavna had to utilise numerous online ordering tools which were designed to suit the manufacturing 'end' of the process rather than the 'customer'. Needless to say that none were either easy to learn and use nor were they attractive and visually pleasing to buyers!

So much so, that she resorted to limit exposure to her customers and would call them instead to place any orders on their behalf via the telephone... Not the intended use of an online ordering system which can be operational 24/7 without the need of human interaction!

Having partnered with Pierre who was versed in the technical side of such things, they decided to create a system which would 'bridge' to satisfy both the manufacturer's requirements to the expectations of the end customer who was looking for an easy and pleasant buying experience...

Born with a device in her hand, what we find overwhelming in the world of social media, is but 'a walk in the park' for Jane...

Of course, it is essential to have a powerful and smooth-running product. But in our modern world, if it does not 'look the part', it simply will not get off the ground, never mind fly!

Rules and criteria to remain visible in the media world are constantly changing and staying on top requires constant attention...

This is also true of design, you can suddenly become 'dated' without realizing it!

Thus the need for a critical pair of eyes and even better, if those eyes are fresh and 'up to date' with media perception.

A passion for achieving and a lot of patience are absolute requirements in this area. This, with a little bit of flair plus a respectable level of skill and you have the foundation to create a truly wonderful product!

This project started years ago, when driven by frustration of using poor systems, or simply the lack of them, drove us to develop our own 'in-house' system.

Over time, new situations and requirements kept pushing the software further on to meet increasing market demands. Until it finally reached a market-ready state.
